San Diego, CA (April 29, 2020) - There was a collision reported in the San Diego area on Wednesday afternoon, April 29th. Authorities were called to the scene of the accident on I-8 WB, east of CA-163. According to initial sources, the left two lanes on I-8 WB were blocked following the crash.

At around 4:12 p.m., the accident occurred for unknown reasons. Emergency vehicles were spotted at the scene of the accident. One person involved in the crash was taken to a medical facility by ambulance. 

The cause of the crash hasn’t been reported at this time. An ongoing investigation into the accident is currently in progress.
