Carlsbad, CA – Hit-&-Run Reported near El Camino Real & La Costa Ave

Carlsbad, CA (February 13, 2020) – Officials from the California Highway Patrol were notified of a hit-and-run collision in Carlsbad on Monday, February 10th. The site of the crash was located near the intersection of I-5 and La Costa Avenue. Authorities reported to the scene to render aid to the injured party.

Authorities were ultimately unable to find the driver responsible for the accident. The status of the injured party hasn’t been reported at this time. No other updates have been provided.

An ongoing investigation into the crash is being managed by CHP.
