Escondido, CA – Four Family Members Killed on San Pasqual RdSan Diego Legal News
Esondido, CA (May 6, 2020) – Four pedestrians, including two children, were killed following a collision in Escondido, California on Tuesday night. Two young boys, their grandmother, and another man were hit near the intersection of San Pasqual Road and Oak Hill Drive at around 8 p.m. The Escondido Police Department reported that the 33-year-old man and the 11-year-old boy were killed at the scene.
The 50-year-old woman and the 10-year-old boy were taken to Palomar Medical Center where they were later pronounced dead. All four are believed to have been a part of a family unit. The 28-year-old woman driving the 2014 Mazda 3 was taken to Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Intoxication is not believed to have been a factor in the accident. Local authorities are currently investigating the cause of the crash.
