Fallbrook, CA – Hit-&-Run Traps Driver in Car on Rainbow Valley Blvd
Fallbrook, CA (March 18, 2020) – A driver was left trapped inside his car after a hit-and-run accident in Fallbrook, California. The crash took place on Wednesday morning, and authorities were notified of the accident at around 7:30 a.m. The site of the collision was located at the 1900 block of Rainbow Valley Boulevard, east of I-15.
The driver that hit the car fled the scene, leaving the driver severely injured and trapped inside the vehicle. Firefighters responded to the scene and removed a door from the vehicle in order to free the injured party. The victim was taken to Palomar Hospital for the treatment of life-threatening injuries.
It’s believed that the hit-and-run driver was in a tan Honda. The investigation into the crash is currently in progress.
