Bicycle Accidents in California
The state of California seems as if it were made for cyclists. No matter where you are, all drivers see bicycle riders all over, especially on the beach or in urban centers. Sadly, bicyclists are at serious risk of injury each time they get on their bike.
Bicycle fatalities are more than twice the national average, accounting for nearly 4 percent of roadway deaths each year. Nationwide, around 467,000 cyclists were injured in car crashes in 2015. In some cases, a skilled California bicycle injury lawyer can help injured parties pursue lost compensation.
