Bicycle Accidents in San Diego
Cyclists have just as much right to share the road as any other driver. Unfortunately, many drivers don’t think bicycles should be on the road and don’t watch out for riders as they should. For those reasons, thousands are seriously injured in bicycle accidents each year.
There were 45,000 reported bicycle accidents in the United States in 2015. While the rate of cycling collisions is on the decline, fatal bicycle crashes have increased by nearly 12 percent in recent years. Injured parties should consult with a qualified California personal injury lawyer to pursue lost compensation for their injuries.
In some cases, injured parties may be eligible to recover lost compensation from the at-fault party. The Coastal Legal Center is here to help you obtain the full value of your claim. Give us a call at (619) 231- 0724 to see how we can help.
