Left-Turn Accidents in California
Intersections are a common site for a variety of crashes. 61 percent of intersection collisions involve drivers who make left turns. In 2013, an estimated 13,000 people were killed in crashes caused by failure to yield.
When injured parties are injured in a crash, it can be extremely frustrating. If a reckless driver is responsible for the accident, he or she can be potentially held accountable for the resulting injuries. Injured parties should consult with a qualified California car crash attorney to pursue lost compensation.
