San Diego, CA – Driver Fails to Yield at Brooklyn Ave & 61st StSan Diego Legal News
San Diego, CA (April 25, 2020) – On Thursday, April 23rd, two people were injured following a crash at an intersection in San Diego. Authorities reported that at around 8:36 a.m. two vehicles collided at the corner of Brooklyn Avenue and 61st Street. Paramedics were called to the scene to render aid to the injured parties.
Initial reports revealed that two vehicles were stopped at a stop-sign controlled intersection. The driver on the left failed to yield and collided with the other vehicle. The driver who failed to yield was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
An ongoing investigation into the crash is currently in progress.
