Intersection Crashes in California
Crossing an intersection is second-nature for most drivers. When we learn to drive, we’re taught to look carefully in both directions before crossing an intersection. However, many drivers fail to do this and cross without having the right of way.
For that reason, intersection crashes account for 40 percent of reported accidents each year. These accidents often result in serious and life-changing injuries. In some cases, injured parties can recover lost compensation with the help of a qualified San Diego car crash attorney.
