San Diego Pedestrian Collisions
When a pedestrian is involved in a crash with a motor vehicle, they’re liable to suffer from life-threatening injuries. California’s pedestrian fatality rate is much higher than the national average. In 2018, 689 pedestrians were killed in the state.
There is little protecting a pedestrian from the full impact of a collision. The resulting damages can be devastating for those involved. Injured parties should consult with a qualified San Diego pedestrian injury lawyer to discuss possible compensation.
