San Diego Pedestrian Crashes
California’s pedestrian fatality rate is far beyond the national average —around 25 percent higher, to be exact. In 2018, nearly 14,000 pedestrians were injured in the state. That same year, 893 pedestrians were killed in California vehicle collisions.
Pedestrians are at a serious disadvantage when involved in a crash with a motor vehicle. Unlike those traveling in passenger cars, pedestrians have little protecting them from the full impact of an accident. A California pedestrian injury lawyer can help recover financial compensation for their injuries.
Few people expect to be seriously injured in a crash, but thousands are still injured each year. The Coastal Legal Center will fight go get you the justice you deserve. Give our offices a call today at (619) 231- 0724 to discuss your case.
