San Diego, CA – Pedestrian Injured at W Mission Bay & Quivira Access
San Diego, CA (March 10, 2020) – Early Tuesday morning, March 10th, a pedestrian was seriously injured after being hit by an oncoming vehicle in Mission Bay area of San Diego. According to local sources, the crash occurred at the intersection of West Mission Bay and Quivira Access. Authorities were notified of the accident at around 6:50 a.m.
A 25-year-old man was transported to UC San Diego Medical Center for the treatment of serious injuries. The injuries reportedly included head trauma and broken bones. No update on the status of the injured party has been provided.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. Local officials are currently looking into the cause of the accident.
