San Diego Pedestrian Accidents
Drivers have a duty of care to follow the rules of the road and yield the right of way to pedestrians. Sadly, many drivers fail to notice pedestrians and cause devastating collisions. When a pedestrian is involved in a crash with a motor vehicle, they will nearly always suffer the worst.
The pedestrian fatality is much higher in California compared to other states. 689 pedestrians lost their lives in the state in 2018 alone. Injured pedestrians should consult with a qualified California pedestrian injury attorney to pursue lost compensation.
