San Diego Pedestrian Accidents
Pedestrians are at a serious disadvantage when involved in a crash with a motor vehicle. Drivers often fail to see pedestrians on the road, even when they use designated crosswalks. This puts pedestrians at risk of suffering life-threatening injuries.
In 2018, 689 pedestrians were killed in pedestrian crashes in California. Overall, vehicle fatalities are on the rise across the state. Injured parties may be able to recover lost compensation by calling a California pedestrian injury attorney.
