California Stop-Sign Accidents
Intersections are controlled traffic signals or stop signs in an attempt to curb serious crashes. However, when drivers fail to follow these devices, they risk causing serious crashes. There are nearly 700,000 crashes caused by stop-sign runners each year.
Each year, an estimated 40 percent of deadly crashes happen at stop-sign controlled intersections. Drivers who neglect to follow the rules of the road can be held responsible for their actions. A qualified California personal injury lawyer can help injured parties recover lost compensation.
