Rear-End Collisions in San Diego
With some 1.7 million reported incidents, rear-end crashes are the most commonly reported accident. These crashes leave around 500,000 people injured each year. The human body isn’t made to withstand the impact of a rear-end crash, which means victims are at risk of suffering serious injuries.
When a vehicle is rear-ended, the driver in the rear is usually at fault. That means he or she can be potentially held responsible for any resulting injuries. A qualified San Diego car crash attorney can help injured parties pursue lost compensation.
