San Diego Pedestrian Accidents
Anyone who’s been involved in a crash understands the shock, confusion, and trauma that comes with it. For pedestrians, however, these are compounded by the fact that pedestrians have virtually no protection. Pedestrians risk being crushed, thrown, and permanently injured in the aftermath of a collision.
The pedestrian fatality rate in California is 25 percent higher than the national average. 698 pedestrians were killed in the state in 2018 alone. Reckless drivers can be held accountable with the help of a qualified San Diego pedestrian injury lawyer.
