Rear-End Crashes in California
Being rear-ended is incredibly common. In fact, rear-end crashes are the most common type of crash experienced in American roadways. These collisions account for 28 percent of all reported collisions each year.
Rear-end collisions often leave victims with severe injuries. The force of a rear-end crash causes the vehicle to jerk around, potentially causing whiplash. Injured parties should consult with an experienced California car crash attorney to see if they’re eligible for lost compensation.
