Hit-&-Run Accidents in California
The last thing we expect is to be injured in a crash. When the driver flees the scene, it can be even more devastating. Hit-and-run collisions overwhelmingly impact pedestrians who are unable to pursue their assailants.
Statistics show that a hit-and-run happens every 43 seconds across the country. Fatal hit-and-run accidents are on the rise, with 2016 marking a record year for deadly hit-and-runs. Injured parties or their families may be able to pursue lost compensation with the help of a California car crash attorney.
