California Pedestrian Crashes
The roads of California can be perilous for pedestrians. Drivers will often fail to notice a pedestrian crossing the street. Even a brief lapse in judgment can result in a serious pedestrian accident.
In California, there were 689 reported pedestrian fatalities in 2018. A majority of car accidents in the state involve driver inattention in some form. Injured victims may be able to pursue lost compensation by contacting a qualified California pedestrian injury lawyer.
