Pedestrian Accidents in California

San Diego, CA - Pedestrian Accident on El Cajon BlvdPedestrians are some of the most vulnerable parties on the streets. Pedestrian accidents are overrepresented in roadway fatalities, with 689 people dying in California pedestrian crashes in 2018 alone. The state’s pedestrian fatality rate is considerably higher than the national average.

Sadly, many vehicles fail to look out for pedestrians as they should. This results in serious pedestrian collisions. Injured parties should consult with a qualified San Diego car crash attorney to recover lost compensation for their injuries.
