San Diego, CA - Pedestrian Injured at G St & Union St

San Diego, CA (April 8, 2020) - A pedestrian accident in San Diego ended in injuries on Monday evening, April 6th. A pedestrian was reportedly crossing at the intersection of West G Street and Union Street when they were hit by an oncoming vehicle. Authorities were called to the scene to render aid to the injured party. 

The identity of the injured pedestrian isn’t known at this time. The cause of the crash is still unknown. The driver that struck the pedestrian was cited for failing to yield the right of way to a pedestrian. 

The crash investigation is currently in progress.
