Chula Vista, CA – Woman Injures Man In DUI Crash At I-5 & J StSan Diego Legal News
Chula Vista, CA (January 25, 2020) – A woman was arrested on Friday, January 24th, under suspicion of DUI following a crash in Chula Vista. The accident occurred near the intersection of Interstate-5 and J Street when the woman left the freeway and seriously injured a nearby pedestrian. The incident was reported at around 2:05 a.m.
Both the driver and the injured pedestrian were transported to the University of California San Diego Medical Center with critical injuries. The woman is believed to be awaiting charges for felony DUI.
An investigation into the accident is currently underway. More information will be released as the inquiry continues.
