Encinitas, CA – At Least One Dead Following 3-Car Crash on I-5San Diego Legal News
Encinitas, CA (March 14, 2020) – At least one person was reportedly killed in a three-vehicle collision in the Encinitas area earlier this morning. The crash, which took place on Saturday, March 14th, at around 2:35 a.m., left one of the vehicles completely destroyed. The site of the crash was located on I-5 NB near Manchester Avenue.
Initial reports from the California Highway Patrol revealed that three cars were involved, including a Toyota Corolla, a Cadillac Escalade, and a third dark-colored vehicle that was completely destroyed in the crash. At this time, the factors that contributed to the collision are unknown. No other updates have been provided.
CHP officials are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
