Right-of-Way Crashes in California
The rules of the road are meant to keep everyone safe. When drivers fail to follow them, they risk causing serious crashes. 7.1 percent of deadly collisions reported in 2017 involved failure to yield the right of way.
There are hundreds of thousands of crashes in California each year, leaving hundreds of thousands more seriously injured. The aftermath of a serious collision can be difficult to handle for most victims. In some cases, a qualified San Diego car crash lawyer can help injured parties obtain fair compensation for their injuries.
