San Diego, CA – 2 Injured in High-Speed Crash on Santa Monica Ave

San Diego, CA (March 25, 2020) – There were confirmed injuries resulting from an accident on Monday morning, March 16th, in San Diego. Authorities responded to the scene of the accident at around 9:05 a.m. The crash occurred at the 4800 block of Santa Monica Avenue. 

Two people at the scene were reportedly injured in the collision. The severity of the injuries isn’t currently known. One of the drivers involved in the collision was cited for failure to reduce speed and avoid a collision. 

An ongoing investigation into the accident is being handled by local law enforcement officials.
