San Diego, CA – 7 Injured in Pileup Crash on I-5 near Carmel Valley Rd
San Diego, CA (March 10, 2020) – A multi-vehicle accident in San Diego left seven people injured earlier today on Tuesday, March 10th. The site of the accident was reportedly located near the on I-5 SB near Carmel Valley Road at around 1 p.m. Local sources reported that 13 vehicles were involved in the collision.
Multiple fire engines and ambulances responded to the scene of the accident. At least seven people involved in the accident were hospitalized following the crash. The severity of their injuries is not known at this time.
Local law enforcement officials are currently investigating the cause of the crash.
