San Diego, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5 North of I-805
San Diego, CA (March 11, 2020) – A crash involving multiple vehicles resulted in multiple lane closures on Tuesday afternoon, March 10th. The accident occurred in the San Diego area at around 3:17 p.m. According to local sources, the site of the accident was located on I-5 SB just north of the I-805 split.
The factors contributing to the collision aren’t known at this time. The HOV and four main lanes of I-5 SB were closed following the accident. It’s unknown if anyone was hospitalized following the crash.
No further updates have been provided. Local authorities are currently investigating the cause of the crash.
