Rollover Accidents in California
When the vehicle you’re traveling in overturns, occupants risk being thrown around the vehicle. This is especially true when passengers are unrestrained. Passengers are at risk of being ejected from the vehicle and suffering severe injuries.
Each year, rollovers account for nearly 35 percent of all fatal passenger-vehicle accidents. 69 percent of fatal cases involved unrestrained occupants. In some cases, injured parties can recover lost compensation with the help of a qualified California car crash attorney.
At the Coastal Legal Center, we believe in helping those unfairly injured in a car accident. We are here to fight for your right to compensation. Contact our offices at (619) 231- 0724 to discuss your case today.
